March 20

We made a lot of progress on the dinosaur today. Most of the dino's chest and legs were "fleshed out." They used drills, glue and pop rivet guns to fasten a big metal bucket, a grill from an oldsmobile, pipes, dust pan, parts of a rake, door screen, parts of a hub cap, pieces of rusted sheet metal and other mysterious items. Cleo Copeland and Jorge Leyva dropped by and decided the dino needed to be reading The Joplin Globe newspaper.

Call about next dino work day

Where: Maintenance Department at The Joplin Globe, 117 E. 4th Street
(The entrance to the Maintenance Department is from the alley on the
West side of the building.)

Please RSVP to Tricia Courtney — (417) 627-7280
